This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 18.03.2014 filed by the petitioner seeking family pension.
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
