Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2016.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 14.09.2016.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 14.09.2016 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 7, to provide him compensation for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the expenses incurred due to their illegal acts by recovering the same from them and to provide police protection at Court Complexes in Dharmapuri District till disposal of the cases pending therein and since there was no action has filed this writ petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2012 before the Sub Court at Dharmapuri seeking nullity of marriage and the same was later transferred to the Family Court at Dharmapuri in F.C.O.P.No.71 of 2014, which was later transferred to the Subordinate Court at Harur and is pending in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015. The learned counsel further submitted that though this writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2016, due to paucity of time, now the petitioner is inclined to go before the Subordinate Court at Harur. Hence, he prayed this Court to close this writ petition and grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Subordinate Court at Harur.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
