This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2349 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24896 of 2021 in Crime No.20 of 2021 on 24.02.2022, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Vellore that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, on first and fifteenth (15th) working day of every month at 10.00 a.m, till filing of the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
