ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 22.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the removal of an entry made in the FMB sketch as if there is a pathway in the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.V.S.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd

3/5 respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and get the necessary approval from the Director of Survey and Settlement. The entire process shall be completed and the decision shall be conveyed to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
