ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate departmental action against the respondents 4 and 5 as per the petitioners representation dated 22.06.2022 within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. From the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), it appears that there are case in counter in Crime Nos.130 and 131 of 2022 registered on 12.03.2022 in respect dispute over selling of pooja items and flowers in the 2/5

temple. Despite the FIRs being registered, again there was a commotion on 14.06.2022. Therefore, the respondent police registered CSR and called the petitioners for enquiry. Immediately, the petitioners have filed the present petition before this Court.

3. On a perusal of the application, this Court is of the view that such direction cannot be granted. Mere anticipating some action legally, the petitioners cannot seek such a direction on this petition to take disciplinary proceedings.
