ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous since it is stated that the petitioner's daughter has been secured and her custody has been handed over to the petitioner.

2. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been made out, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
