Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to direct the second respondent to register FIR based on the representation dated 27.7.2017 on the file of the first respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the representation dated 27.07.2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, the Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, prodcued a copy of the FIR in Cr.No.168 of 2017 dated 01.08.2017. On a perusal of FIR it is seen that on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2017, the second respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.168 of 2017 for the offence under section 304 I.P.C.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P. is also closed.
