This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Cr.No.3 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem dated 12.01.2010 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/ State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the accused were tried in S.C.No.141 of 2012 before the Assistant Sessions Court No.I, Salem and were acquitted.
