ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the charge memo issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.1218/2008/A, dated 4.4.2012.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would only contend that the disciplinary proceedings has not been completed in spite of 2nd show cause notice issued to the Petitioner, for which the Petitioner has already a submitted reply, but till date nothing has happened and it would be suffice if the disciplinary proceedings is directed to be completed within a specified time.

4. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st Respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings, on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, within a period of Eight Weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Petitioner should Co-Operate with the enquiry.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
