After arguing the case for a considerable length of time and this court expressed the view that regularization of the services of the temporary employment of the employees cannot be undertaken, by virtue of the judgment of the constitutional Bench in the case of STATE OF KARNATAKA AND ORS. v. UMA DEVI

(3) & ORS.[(2006) 4 SCC 1] and thereafter in the case of SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT, SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, CHENNAI v. R.GOVINDASWAMY AND ORS.[ (2014) 4 SCC 769] and further raised that the writ petitioner has no legal right to claim regularization, in view of these judgments.

the writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
