CMP.Nos.13075 to 13077 of 2021 & S.A.No.377 of 2016 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These petitions have been filed praying (i) to condone the delay of 1257 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant namely V.Dasappan in the Second Appeal, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant namely V.Dasappan in the above second appeal, (iii) to permit the petitioners/appellants to bring on record the petitioners /proposed appellants 2 & 3 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant in the above second appeal, respectively.

2.Heard, Mr.M.L.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.T.M,Hariharan, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., dn 4.Therefore, considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions and also no objection being stated by the learned counsel for the respondents, these petitions are allowed. 5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title within two weeks and post the second appeal for final hearing on 15.12.2022.
