Respondents in all WPs WP 6034 of 2014 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 25th respondent to take appropriate action, investigate the matter based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2013, 22.10.2013, 07.11.2013, 09.11.2013 and 19.12.2013 and file a report before this Court.

WP 6035 of 2014 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 8 and 18 to 20 to take appropriate action and to cancel the Sale Deed of the said A.S.L.Rajan dated 15.03.1971, registered as document No.571/1971, at the Office of the Sub Registrar-Alandur as it is invalid. WP 6036 of 2014 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5 to 10 to take appropriate action to cancel the Town Survey Register patta issued in favour of A.S.L.Rajan and respondents 23 and 24 in respect of the land situated at Ward E, Block 9, T.S.No.184/3part-A to 184/3 part-I, for total extent of 11,852 sq.mtr., based on Patta Transfer Proceedings No.1689/2012, Tk., 8A/750/1422, dated 27.11.2012 of The Special Tahsildar, (Town Survey) Alandur, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. For Petitioner in all WPs : Mr.A.Ramalingam For Respondents-1 to 22 and 25 in all WPs : Mr.S.Ravichandran, Additional Government Pleader.

C O M M O N O R D E R In respect of the property dispute between the petitioner and the contesting respondent, the petitioner has given a complaint to the

Director CBCID, Guindy, Chennai-32 for initiation of appropriate action.

2. Based on the complaint, the petitioner sent subsequent reminders and the said complaint and the reminders yielded no response from the 25th respondent. Thus the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3. Perusal of the complaint reveals that there is a land grabbing and a property dispute existed between the parties.

4. Since the writ petition was instituted in the year 2014 and the complaint was given to the 25th respondent-Director CBCID, Guindy, Chennai-32, this Court is not inclined to issue any such direction in the said complaint regarding land grabbing is to be submitted before the Jurisdictional Police Authorities for initiation of appropriate action under the relevant provisions.

5. On account of efflux of time, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh complaint and in the event of subsistence of any grievance

and seek remedy in the manner known to law.

6. With the abovesaid observations, all the writ petitions stand disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
