Respondent PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Proceedings in No.42019/ 1852/ F1/ F13/ 2019-2, dated 27.12.2019 on the file of the Respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent herein to sanction full pension applicable and other terminal benefits to the Petitioner within a stipulated period. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has placed before this Court a copy of the revised proceedings No.42019/1852/F.1/F.13/2019-3, dated 14.07.2025 and submits that by virtue of the above mentioned revised proceedings, the claim of the petitioner has been settled on his acquittal in criminal case and pension of the petitioner has also been revised, accordingly.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after taking a copy of the said proceedings and verifying the same, submitted that the petitioner is in receipt of the said proceedings and also received revised pension.

4. In view of the above, since the claim of the petitioner stands settled on account of the revised proceedings dated 14.07.2025 issued by the respondent, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
