This petition is filed to condone the delay of 350 days in preferring the restoration petition against the order passed in the above writ petition.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. This writ petition is of the year 2002 and the same was dismissed for non-prosecution on 04.12.2012. Now, the petitioner had filed this condonation petition with a delay of 350 days for preferring the restoration petition.

Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay.

Hence, this petition is dismissed.
