ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.Natarajan, the petitioner appearing in person.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that one driver, namely, Anandan (respondent No.2) misbehaved with the petitioner. He gives mental torture and trouble to the petitioner. The petitioner also complained to the Corporation but no cognizance has been taken.

3. It appears that an enquiry was conducted by the Corporation on the public complaint filed and the said complaint was disposed of.

4. In case a particular driver or a person misbehaves with the petitioner and/or causes any such act which would cause harm to the petitioner, the petitioner could have filed a criminal complaint. In case such acts are repeated, it is open for the petitioner to file such complaint which naturally will have to be considered on its own merits. The present complaint made by the petitioner appears to be of the

year 2019. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate action under the provisions of the statute.

5. As far as the air-horn is concerned, no provision is pointed out that the same is barred. If the air-horns are barred, then respondent No.1 has to take appropriate action in that regard. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
