The petitioner herein who was called for enquiry in connection with C.S.R.No.117 of 2024 is before this Court alleging that the police is harassing him and forced to execute cancellation of Power of Attorney deed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that complaint been duly enquired and there is no compulsion on the part of the respondent police to execute any deed of transfer.

In the light of the rival contentions, this Court is hereby directing the respondent police to enquire the complaint in accordance with law and shall proceed in accordance with law and not to indulge in any act of coercive or force to create documents. 2/4

With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
