2. Heard Mr.R.Arun Mozhi and Mr.B.B.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. The order impugned in this Writ Petition is demand notice issued for arrears of property tax for the period 2/01-02 to 2/09-10 and 1/10-11 for the property situated at Old No.730 New No.212 Anna Salai, Chennai-6 and for the period 2/01-02 to 2/10-11 situated at Old No.730 New No.212 Anna Salai Chennai-6
3. The learned counsel for the respondents on instruction submitted that in respect of the past period, all the arrears have been cleared and nothing more is to be recovered. Only for the current year, i.e. 2015-16, the petitioner has to pay tax.
4. In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions and the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
