This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.5514 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5281 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.31 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Athur and the same was committed to Sessions Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.5514 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5281 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Salem on the first working day of July and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
