This petition has been preferred for amending the cause title in respect of respondents 1 and 2 as under:

(i) The Commissioner, Kundrathur Panchayat Union, Padapai - 601 301;

and (ii) The Tahsildar, Pallavaram Taluk Office, Pallavaram, Kancheepuram District.

The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the above said respondents and has no objection to allowing this petition.

In view of the above, this petition for amending the cause title is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
