A perusal of the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.09.2014, would reveals that as per the order, dated 30.04.2014, passed by this Court in C.R.P.(NPD) No.1449 of 2014, dated 30.04.2014, the Authorities of Corporation Department have removed the Temple, called Selvavinagar Temple, which was situated at Arumbakkam, Chennai, and while carrying out such demolition work, the officials of the Corporation Department have caused ruin to the Singaravelan Statue, and now, by way of present complaint,the petitioner wants action to be taken against the Officials of the Corporation Department for demolishing the Singaravelan Statue. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
