ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the contributory pension amount sanctioned and authorized under Final Authorization No.433/B61/LB/CPS/2020 dated 23.03.2020 to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

2. Heard, Ms.A.Hashika, learned counsel representing Ms.T.Gnana Banu, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate for R1 and R2, Mr.V.Prabhu, learned counsel

for R3 and R4 - Notice Served.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development after filing this Writ Petition, the petitioner instructed to withdraw this Writ Petition and sought permission of this Court for withdrawal.

4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. No Costs.

7. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed, if any.
