CMP.No.11522 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the respondents 7 to 10 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent.

2. CMP.No.11528 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 6 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The above petitions are filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent and 1st appellant respectively.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 6.Today, the learned counsel for the appellant/s in both the appeals filed a memo stating that the 1st respondent/Mrs.Bakkiam in both the appeals died and her legal heirs are already on record as respondents 2 to 4 in both the appeals. The said memo is recorded.
