O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent herein to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 11.06.2022 to regularise the service of the petitioner from the initial date of appointment dated 02.05.1990 with all consequential service and monetary benefits within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2022 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
