Petition filed order Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the entire records leading to the issue of proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.C2/17905/2012 dated 29.11.2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondent 5 to include the name of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Superintendent in the panel year 2017-2018 and promote him accordingly.
