2.Today,the learned counsel for the Appellant filed a Memo dated 22.12.2022 stating that the Assessee Company is under liquidation and they are unable to contact the Assessee and since they have no instructions, they may be permitted to withdraw their vakalat.

3. The said Memo is recorded.

4. This Court has already decided the issue and passed orders on 22.11.2022 and at the time of delivering Judgment, the aforesaid Memo has not been filed.

5. In view of the same, no further orders are required in these Appeals.
