(Order of the Court was made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J. ) The petitioner claiming herself to be the President of Ganapathy Chettikulam Women Self Aid Welfare Scheme has filed this writ petition designed as a Public Interest Litigation to forbear the respondents from establishing four more wine shops with Bar at No.18, Mariamman Koil Street, E.C.R. Road, Ganapathychettikulam, Pondicherry.

We find from the cause title that the petitioner's address is No.18, Mariamman Koil Street, E.C.R. Road, Ganachettikulam, Puducherry. It is the same address in which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner alleges that the four wine shops are to be located. The affidavit does not disclose any particulars as to how the petitioner is aggrieved. Therefore, no writ of mandamus can be issued as sought for. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the authorities by way of a fresh representation. No costs.
