This matter is listed today, under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for early disposal of O.S.No.183 of 2013. This petition was disposed on 02.11.2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.183 of 2013 is pending before the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu. However, it was wrongly stated in the order dated 02.11.2021 that the suit is pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu. Therefore, the name of the Court in the order has to be corrected.

4. On perusal of the records, it shows that, in the prayer of the Revision Petition, name of the lower court was originally typed as Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and later it was corrected with pen as Principal District Court, Chengalpattu. Therefore, it was stated in the order that the suit in O.S.No.183 of 2013 is pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu. 1/3

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court the adjudication proceedings. It shows that the suit is pending on the file of the Mahila Court at Chengalpet.

6. Registry is directed to issue a fresh copy of the order dated 02.11.2021 in the above Civil Revision Petition, after carrying out necessary corrections with regard to the name of the court, ie., "Mahila Court at Chengalpattu" instead of "Principal District Court, Chegalpattu", wherever it occurs in the order dated 02.11.2021.

7. It is made clear that the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose the case in O.S.No.183 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 20.01.2022 mfa 2/3
