20% of the cheque amount (Eight lakhs only) to the credit of the C.C.No.908 of 2016 on the file of the XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
