O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for reinvestigation of the case in Crime No.1023 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Police have already investigated the case and further action has been dropped and filed a closure report before the leaned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhikundram.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no R.C.S notice was served on the petitioner. Today the respondent Police served the R.C.S notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Court by filing a protest petition and proceed further, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above directions.
