By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that he while working as a Salesman of TASMAC Shop bearing No.2000, in Tiruppur Taluk, was said to have indulged in irregularities by selling the liquor, more than the Maximum Retail Price and a show cause notice was also issued on 12.4.2008, by the second respondent, for which, he has also submitted his explanation on 19.4.2008; but, from 7.2.2008 onwards, he was not permitted to sign the attendance register and so far, no enquiry has been conducted and as a consequence, he is left with no job and as such, he and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
his family are suffering very much and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Muthukrishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.C.Kasirajan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 5.6.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
