O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner for the life threat given by her husband and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not given any representation to the respondent police in this regard.

3. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to give a representation to the respondent police in this regard. On receipt of such representation, the respondent police shall consider the same, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents herein and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a representation.
