O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue direction, directing the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to enable the petitioner Association and its employees/agents to

carry out repair works on the damaged portion of the compound wall of the petitioner situated in Leigh Bazaar Pallapatti, Salem by forthwith considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law. 3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1and 2 submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2021 and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
