When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.194 of 2006 itself has been disposed of by the Court below and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petiton has virtually become infrctuous.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
