Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent, who acted illegally without enquiring and verifying any documents by colluding with the respondents 5 & 6 and registered a case in cr. No.409/2013, dated 13.12.2013 against the husband of the petitioner by illegally detaining him for 4 days with the intention to grab the petitioner's Grandson property viz., Plot Nos.70, 71 and 72 to the total extent of 3600 sq. ft. situated at Survey No.23/1 of Adhannancheri Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District based on the Legal Notices dated 19.11.2013 & 18.12.2013.
