Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the suit is settled out of court between the parties. Hence, the prayer in the revision petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
