This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.3.2015 and 17.4.2015, following the lawyer notice dated 5.8.2015, with regard to transfer of the school management of Aided Middle School, Kathiramangalam, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Tanjur District to any third party.
