This writ petition has been filed challenging the Revised Compounding Notice dated 20.3.2015 and consequential compounding Order dated 21.3.201 as illegal and to direct the respondent to refund the amount of Rs.21 54 366/-.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to file a revision against the goods detention notice, however, he submitted that sufficient time may be granted to to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by granting two weeks' time to the petitioner to file a revision as against the impugned goods detention notice. On such filing, the same shall entertained and orders passed on merits and in accordance with law, without raising any issue with regard to limitation. No costs.
