The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No.12 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur and the matter is now pending for committal.
