Crl.M.P.Nos.7858, 7860 & 7861 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.6603, 6573 & A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

These petitions has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.6603,6573 & 6564 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioners shall stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 11(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.6603,6573 & 6564 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Coimbatore City on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
