Mr.Harihara Arun Somasankar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) contended that final report was filed in CC.No.144 of 2015 and after full trial, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram vide Judgment dated 22.03.2019, acquitted the accused of all the charges against him and nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant case. He also filed a copy of the Judgment in CC.No.144 of 2015.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
