PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to refix or revise the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Tutor/Asst. Professor from the year 2007 by placing her seniority above her junior Mr.Ramesh Kumar or direct recruits appointed as Tutors in the year 2007 besides revising her seniority in the post of Associate Professor from the year 2013 by placing her seniority above her junior Mr.Ramesh Kumar together with consequential and monetary benefits and forward such proposal to the first respondent for approval with time frame. 1/4
