Crl.M.P.No.7705 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6083 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6083 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge of Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6083 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Special Judge of Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on the dates fixed by the learned Judge. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police until the examination of P.W.1/victim.
