2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Earlier, this Court, by order dated 28.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10668 of 2026, granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to the condition that he shall cancel the sale deed obtained in his favour and clear the encumbrances created thereon at his own cost.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the registered cancellation deed dated 27.05.2026 and submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been duly complied with.

5. Recording the said compliance, no further orders are required in this petition.
