This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Principal Special Court for CBI Cases (VIII Additional City Civil Court), Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the above appeal.

2.Mr.P.Sidharthan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for E.D cases, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in every three (3) months instead of the first working day of every month.
