This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13577 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.987 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022.

2.Learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13577 of in Crl.A.No.987 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022 stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for CBI Cases (VIII Additional City Civil Court), Chennai at 10.30 a.m. once in every three (3) months until the disposal of the appeal.
