ORDER
(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The Petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Yogeshwari, (aged 20 years). He has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent to cause production of his wife before this Court.
2. Today, the detenue is produced before this court and she has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter we are setting the detenue at liberty, making it clear that being a major, she can take decision on her own. Thus, we find no illegal detention involved. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
