This Court in Crl.M.P.NO.4599 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28955 of 2023 dated 15.03.2024 directed that the petitioner shall execute a bond together with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge ( Special Court under POCSO Act Cases), Chennai. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of this condition.

2. In view of the above, the said condition is modified and accordingly the petitioner is directed to be released on his own bond to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge ( Special Court under POCSO Act Cases), Chennai. The other conditions shall remain intact.
