Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A/STR/LA/NH/66/574/2012 dated 27.11.2013 and quash the same. Consequently direct the respondents to conduct fresh enquiry and determine the compensation as per Section 3-G(7)(a) of National Highways Act, 1956 as per notification dated 31.01.2013 and within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A/STR/LA/NH/66/574/2012 dated 27.11.2013 ; quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to conduct fresh enquiry and determine the compensation as per Section 3-G(7)(a) of National Highways Act, 1956 as per notification dated 31.01.2013 and within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
