Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.Having regard to the allegations made in the complaint, there is no need to register a case. Since CSR has been given, the petitioner can make his claim for duplicate passport on the basis of the CSR.

3.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
