(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We cannot find fault with the impugned order, where encroachment has been found on the pond bank after measurements were made in the presence of the parties, revenue department and the police by the Surveyor and the Firka Revenue Inspector. The petitioner has thus been asked to confine himself to his own patta land.
